		<description>One of the easiest ways to show support is to offer a smile. This is especially important when a child is raging (doubly important if out in public!). Just giving the parent a sympathetic smile says, &quot;I know you are doing the best you can. Hang in there.&quot;  

Many strangers are quick to offer nasty looks. Or they say to their companion, &quot;My kid would NEVER behave like that!&quot;  Send the parents an understanding smile instead, and see what happens. The transformation might surprise you!</description>

		<description>In my area, the schools have valuble information to parents about groups. Those groups offer interesting discussion on life w/autism for every part of the spectrum... Parents are able to talk about their struggles and share tips &amp; advice.

It was in one of those meetings a few years back, that I learned about the gluten/dairy free diet... It works!
